MacCORMICK - Donald John With great sadness we announce the sudden death of Donald John MacCormick on 20th April 2024, with his wife at his side. Fortified by the Rites of the Holy Catholic Church. Formerly of South Uist, Milton of Campsie and Partick. Detective Constable, City of Glasgow Police and Strathclyde Police. Beloved husband of Eileen (Reilly), very dear and loving father of Marion, Patricia and Kathryn, and father-in-law to David and Damien. A proud and devoted Papa to Chrissy. A dear brother to Mary, Rodina, Seonag and the late Neil, Effie and Iain. Requiem Mass to celebrate Donald's life at Our Lady Star of the Sea (St Mary's) R.C. Church, Saltcoats on Tuesday 7th May at 10am. Thereafter to Campsie Cemetery, Lennoxtown, arriving at 2pm, to which all are respectfully invited.
