Boy, 12, reported to Children's Reporter after police called over alleged sex attack on six-year-old girl
A 12-year-old boy has been reported to the Children's Reporter in connection with an alleged sex attack on a six-year-old girl.
Our sister paper, the East Lothian Courier, reports that police confirmed they received a report of an incident in the Prestonpans area on Monday, January 23.
A spokesperson said: “Police in East Lothian were called following a report of a sexual assault in the Prestonpans area. The incident was reported to police on Monday 23rd January and a 12-year-old boy has since been reported to the Children's Reporter.”
