Tuk Tuk Sauchiehall Street Launch Night

Tuk Tuk, Glasgow

THE Indian street food restaurant, long a fixture in Edinburgh, celebrated the opening of its second site in Glasgow.

In keeping with the establishment’s BYOB (Bring Your Own Beer) philosophy, the launch was fuelled by Kingfisher Beer, with offerings from Porter’s Gin and Bon Accord tonic on hand for cocktail lovers.

Hospitality Industry Trust (HIT) Burns supper

Brig O'Doon Hotel, Ayr

HIT Scotland’s inaugural Burns Supper proved a roaring success, with more than £19,000 being raised by the 200 guests for the not-for-profit industry organisation.

Patrons of the sold-out occasion, hosted by MC Willie Cameron, were treated to a five course Scottish meal from chef Andrew Costley.
