This week Herald Social's at The Confetti Awards at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow and the Save the Children Ayrshire Art Exhibition and Sale at Ayr's Maclaurin Gallery.
MORE than 500 guests celebrated the best of Scotland’s wedding industry in an evening hosted by funnyman Des Clarke.
The awards’ second year saw 80,000 public votes and a panel of independent judges decide the winners, which included All About Flowers (Florist of the Year) and A-Cakes (Cake Designer and Retailer of the Year).
ALMOST £30,000 was raised by the sale of
140 paintings from professional and amateur artists from across Scotland and the UK.
The funds raised by the event’s 336 guests joins the more than £500,000 raised for the children’s charity by the gallery’s exhibition over its 23-year history.
