LAWRIE & Symington Ltd sold 2144 prime lambs in Lanark on Tuesday to a top of £91.50 per head and 203.3p per kg to average 162.4p (-10.7p on the week).
There were also 490 cast sheep forward when ewes sold to £133.50 for Texels and £49.50 for Blackfaces.
Wallets Marts sold 1409 prime lambs in Castle Douglas on Tuesday to a top of £100 and 238.1p to average £71.20 and 169.2p (-3.4p).
A small show of 223 cast sheep saw ewes sell to £90 for Bluefaced Leicesters and £55 for Blackfaces.
Messrs Craig Wilson Ltd sold 1462 prime lambs at Ayr yesterday to a top of £85 and 188.9p to average 158.7p (-11.3p).
There were also 530 cast sheep when ewes were easier on the week and sold to £119 for Texels and £51.50 for Blackfaces.
Harrison & Hetherington Ltd sold 32 prime heifers in St Boswells yesterday to a top of 246p per kg and an average of 223.2p (+12.7p), while 11 prime bullocks peaked at 241p and levelled at 229.6p (+24.6p).
In the rough ring 49 beef cows sold to 171p and averaged 122.4p (+0.2p).
The firm also sold 1,728 prime lambs to a top of £94 and 194.7p to average 157.1p (-7.9p).
C&D Auction Marts sold 1393 prime lambs in Dumfries yesterday to a top of £80 and 200p to average 162.5p (-11.5p).
