Who Do You Think You Are? (BBC1, 8pm)

Comedian Greg Davies traces his family history, returning to Wales - the place of his birth - two years after his father's death to find out more about his Welsh connections. Despite his parents living in England at the time he was born, his dad insisted that Greg should come into the world on Welsh soil, and the Inbetweeners and Man Down star has always been fascinated with that part of his heritage. He gets more than he bargained for when he identifies a wayward great-grandfather, but is rewarded when the trail leads further back to the deepest roots he could have wished for.

For newcomers, he and his team provide viewers with evidence behind health claims made in the media. Now there's a new run hoping to prove or disprove some of those burning issues that have the nation talking.

In the 1990s, writer, punk rocker and phone sex operator Laura Albert created a literary persona called JT LeRoy, a homeless youth whose novels Sarah and The Heart is Deceitful Above All Things became a cultural sensation. Celebrities such as Madonna and Courtney Love declared themselves fans but then in 2005, a New York magazine revealed that JT LeRoy was really Albert, sending shockwaves through the literary world. Director Jeff Feuerzeig's documentary explores the scandal and its aftermath.
